Frequently asked questions

Pricing, networks, keys and enterprise options.

What is Nadcab RPC?

Nadcab RPC is a managed multichain RPC gateway. One API key gives you HTTPS and WebSocket endpoints for 70+ networks, routed to healthy upstream providers and billed per compute unit.

How does pricing work?

Prepaid and pay-as-you-go. You top up your balance (from $10) and each request is charged in compute units at $0.375 per 1M CU. Most calls cost 20 CU, so 1M requests is about $7.50. Metadata calls like eth_chainId are free.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Requests return an "Insufficient wallet balance" JSON-RPC error until you top up. Your keys, tags and settings stay as they are.

Which networks are supported?

Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Solana, and 60+ more, mostly with testnets. See the Chainlist for the full, live list.

Do you support WebSockets?

Yes. Every network with a WebSocket endpoint is available at wss://rpc.nadcab.com/<network>/<your key> with the same key and billing as HTTPS.

Can I self-host?

Yes. Nadcab Core is the same routing engine that powers Nadcab Cloud and can run in your own infrastructure. Contact us to get started.

How do I keep my key safe?

Treat keys like passwords. Use separate keys per app or environment, tag them, and revoke any key instantly from the dashboard. Server-side use is recommended for high-value keys.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

Yes. Dedicated nodes, custom auth, compliance logging and contractual SLAs are available through Nadcab Craft.
