Terms of Service

1. The service

Nadcab RPC ("the Service") is operated by Nadcab Labs. It provides access to blockchain JSON-RPC and WebSocket endpoints through API keys issued to your account.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Keep keys confidential and revoke any key you believe is compromised. We may suspend keys used for abuse or in breach of these terms.

3. Prepaid balance and billing

Usage is charged in compute units against a prepaid balance at the rates published on the Pricing page. When the balance reaches zero, requests are rejected until you top up. Prepaid balances are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to attack networks or third parties, to circumvent rate limits through multiple accounts, or for unlawful activity. Excessive load that threatens platform stability may be throttled.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party blockchain networks and node providers. Except under a signed enterprise SLA, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadcab Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from failed or delayed transactions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
